- Assist in after-sales paper work and updating clients’ information into in-house software.
- Assist Accounts department in the collection of rental payment, generating of invoice, updating debtor’s list.
- Assist Operations department in their administrative work including forwarding traffic offence to respective hirers, updating monthly repair status, update daily vehicle movement.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth execution of processes and operations.
- To take the initiative to look for new leads
- To establish and maintain long term relationships with clients
- To achieve monthly sales target
- Preparation and presentation of sales proposal to clients
- Coordinate between department to provide after sales support
- Coordinate the delivery and pick up of cars for clients in a timely and professional manner
- Provide after-sales support for clients including scheduling of service and repairs, breakdown support, road tax renewal, accident and insurance reporting etc
- Perform administrative duties
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth execution of processes and operations
- Assist the Operations Manager in his daily operations
